In the Netherlands and Belgium all orders over € 34,95 will be shipped for free, for any order below € 34,95 shipping costs will be charged. 
Products that are indicated online to be in stock, will be delivered within three days. Usually the order is shipped the same day. If ordered before 15:00-16.00, the package will often be taken along by PostNL, DHL.

International shipping (EU) will be charged with a different rate, depending on the country of delivery. 
Our orders are delivered by DHL,DPD, PostNL Packages, Hoekstra BV Sneek (removal firm) or CTS transport company (pallets).
Shipping to other countries:
Just send us an e-mail, so we can calculate the shipping costs. To calculate the shipping costs, we need to know which articles have to be shipped.
Packages that will not fit in the letterbox, will be sent by parcel post. In that case you will find a 3S-number in your order status linked to your order. With this number you can follow the shipping process of your parcel on the site of PostNL, www.tracktrace.nl. PostNL will not deliver parcels weighing more than 12 kg on a mailbox address. In case of a large order we therefore strongly recommend to use a regular address instead. When the status of your order is indicated as “shipped”, and it has been sent by PostNl Packages, then you’ll find a 3S-number behind the ordernumber in your order status. By clicking on this number, www.tracktrace.nl will show you where your shipment is located in the delivery proces. 
It may happen however, that you will receive the following error message: “There are no items found for this combination” (this combination includes the 3S number and the zip code of the delivery address). In that case, PostNL probably has not yet processed the 3S number.The status of your order can then be checked the next working day.


If your package was sent by PostNL, DHL,DPD, you will automatically receive an email with a link to the track and trace page, where you can track your shipment.


Returns:
Delivered products without any damage can be returned, the shipping costs however are for your own account. If you receive a delivery that is damaged, you should report this as soon as possible, within 1-2 days. After our approval, you will receive a return code and the shipping costs will then be reimbursed. Most products that have been purchased at our store can be returned, under certain conditions, within 14 calendar days. Returns are for the risk of the purchaser. This means that Villa Jipp can not be hold responsible for any damage or loss to a product while being returned. Therefore, allways ask for a 3S number at the post office and store it properly.


Shipping costs of returned items won’t be reimbursed by Villa Jipp!
Delivery times:
All articles that are indicated to be in stock, will be shipped within 1-3 working days. It may happen that a product has just been sold. In that case Villa Jipp will contact you as soon as possible.
Returns of sale and outlet items:
Sale articles and outlet articles, unfortunately can’t be returned.
